What is Yoga Therapy?

A unique way of improving your health & wellbeing through the bespoke application of the practices of Yoga. You don’t need to have any previous experience, just a body and a willingness to nurture yourself.

 

 

Yoga Therapy sessions are conducted on a one to one basis in a private and comfortable setting.  The essence behind Yoga Therapy is the concept that we hold on to many of our life experiences in the body.  Sometimes the more difficult experiences can ‘get stuck’ and manifest as pain, illness or discomfort.  Through the specific application of yogic techniques we can work with your body to help find space, freedom and release.

We can work with a specific physical or emotional issue or to improve general health & wellbeing
